ZA series chemical centrifugal pumps

The pumps are used to convey clean or solid particle polluted high temperature or low temperature neutral or corrosive liquid.

Petrochemical process pumps of JGZA series are designed in accordance with API610 (sixth edition) and VDMA24297 (light/medium-sized) standards. The products are single-stage horizontal split volute casing pumps. The pumps are supported by feet. They adopt single suction radial impellers which draw axially and discharge radially. Hydraulic power is balanced by front wear rings, back wear rings and balancing holes according to working condition. Packing boxes are provided with cooling pipe or heating pipe joints. Shaft seals are packing seals or single-end or double-end mechanical seals. The pumps comprise cooling liquid, flushing liquid or sealing liquid systems. Standard pipes are designed based on API standards. Rated pressures of suction pipe flanges and discharge pipe flanges are at the same level. Seen from motor ends, the pumps rotate clockwise.

The pumps are energy-saving and environment friendly because of a high-efficient hydraulic model. Maintenance is convenient due to back doors and lengthened diaphragm couplings.
